How to Reprocess a Declined Transaction

Occasionally, a failed transactions may need to be reprocessed. This can be accomplished by finding the transaction under the "Transactions" tab. After selecting the transaction, a "Retry" option will be displayed in the "Actions" row (pictured below).

After pressing "Retry" the Retry Transaction window will appear and the transaction can be resubmit for processing.

Note: Retried transactions must be submit for the same dollar amount as the original failed transaction.
