Forgot password or locked out?

For Merchant Administrators on the account pressing the Forgot Password link will allow a password reset once the security questions have been correctly answered.

If a user enters their password incorrectly several times they will be locked out of their account. Users must contact their Merchant Administrator if they are locked out. If a Merchant Administrator gets locked out they must contact Exact Pay Support at support@exactpay.com, or by phone at 877-303-9228.

A Merchant Administrator can unlock a user who has been locked by following these steps:

  1. Select the Administration tab
  2. Select the Users tab
  3. Click on the user in the list
  4. Select the Login tab
  5. Click on Unlock User
