For Merchant Administrators on the account pressing the Forgot Password link will allow a password reset once the security questions have been correctly answered.
If a user enters their password incorrectly several times they will be locked out of their account. Users must contact their Merchant Administrator if they are locked out. If a Merchant Administrator gets locked out they must contact Exact Pay Support at email@example.com, or by phone at 877-303-9228.
A Merchant Administrator can unlock a user who has been locked by following these steps:
- Select the Administration tab
- Select the Users tab
- Click on the user in the list
- Select the Login tab
- Click on Unlock User
